![]() We are involved in three Hops, Sew Oklahoma Shop Hop, Road to Oklahoma Shop Hop and the Row by Row Experience. All of these events only require each shop to make a block or row, but it seems silly to make them without designing an entire quilt or other sewn project around them. And I will confess, I love the challenge. Although I have help from my wonderful staff with some of the finished quilts, I just had to have my own hand in this blue, yellow and white block for the Sew Oklahoma Shop Hop. I would love to have this finished quilt on my bed in the summer time. So far I have the first block done and possibly a second. The reason I say possibly is because I am unsure as to whether to keep the block that has the geometric designs. I rather like it but I can see how it might seem too strong or jumbled looking. I would love your opinion, comment below as to what you think. | To see a more complete list of these events click here |

I know it is presumptuous of me, but it seems to me the lighter yellow is too fuzzy for the sharp prints all around it. I kept trying to bring it into focus. Right shade, wrong print. So much for my opinion, who can't pick out a whole quilt to save me!

Thanks for your comments Joyce. I was having a hard time with it too. The quilt is almost finished! I look forward to sharing the finished product with you!
